Keithley 2602 digital source meters provide electronic component and semiconductor manufacturers with a flexible, efficient, and cost-effective solution for source-measurement testing of precise DC, pulse, and low-frequency AC. Based on the compact integrated source-measurement technology of the original Keithley 2400 series digital source meter, Keithley 2600 series instruments can provide two to four times the test speed of similar products in I-V test applications. They also have a higher source measurement channel density and significantly reduce the cost of use compared to similar products. The patented analog-to-digital converter provides both I and V measurements (10,000 readings / s) in less than 100 μs, and the source-measurement scan speed is 200 μs per point (5,500 points / s).
