Your reliable performance
All models offer clean and reliable power with high regulation (0.01%) and fast settling time (<90ms). These linear power supplies have very low norm voltage noise and common-mode current noise to ensure minimal interference to the DUT.
Remote interface
These power supplies are equipped with GPIB and RS-232 interfaces, allowing you to program voltages and currents. You can monitor the voltage and current outputs and read the programmed voltages and currents with the query command. SCPI is easy to use for all programming and National Instruments LabView and Agilent VEE plug-and-play drivers can be applied.
Front panel operation
You can monitor the output voltage and current simultaneously on the front panel vacuum fluorescent display. Set the output from the front panel knob with the highest resolution of 10mV/1mA, and quickly and easily adjust the output precisely. And the buttons can be used to save and recall the 5 most frequently used working states. The output on/off button enables/disables the output. The new front panel terminals securely use a variety of test leads, banana plugs, and strip lines.
