TOS5051A / TOS5050A专为符合各种安全标准的电子设备和组件的耐压测试而设计。TOS5051A型是交流和直流输出均为5kV的型号，TOS5050A型是仅交流输出为5kV的型号。此外，这些设备还标配有RS-232C接口。

The TOS5051A/TOS5050A are designed exclusively for hipot testing of electronic equipment and components conforming to various safety standards. The model TOS5051A is the type having with 5kV output in both AC and DC, the model TOS5050A is the type having with 5kV output in AC only. Furthermore these are equipped with RS-232C interface as standard.
