TSL-550是一款可调谐激光器,拥有宽调谐范围,高功率及高信噪比输出. 无跳模调谐的TSL-550具有细调谐和相干控制的特性, 使得它成为光学测量的工具. SANTEC采用了的腔体设计以降低光的自发辐射噪声, 这样能获得超过90dB/0.1nm的信噪比, 并且同时可维持超过+10dBm的输出功率. 支持工业标准SCPI命令集的GPIB和USB接口使得自动测试解决方案更为便利.
