SP8010B是北京星河亮点通信软件有限责任公司自主研发的终端综合测试仪。该仪表支持TD-LTE，FDD-LTE终端射频测试及非信令校准功能。
SP8010B具有GPIB远程控制功能，同时具有丰富的外部接口，适合与其他仪表互连实现系统集成测试。
SP8010B可广泛应用于TD-LTE，FDD-LTE终端认证、研发、设计、制造和维修等领域中。
SP8010B终端综合测试仪具有的主要功能是TD-LTE，FDD-LTE终端射频测试及终端校准。
SP8010B具备通过软硬件升级支持TD-SCDMA（包括HSDPA、HSUPA）、WCDMA、GSM/GPRS/EDGE、CMMB制式的能力。

SP8010B具备FDD-LTE系统模拟器、FDD-LTE信号发生器和FDD-LTE信号分析仪的功能，支持FDD-LTE终端射频测试，覆盖3GPP TS 36.521-1协议规定的测试项目。
TD-SCDMA测试功能
SP8010B具备TD-SCDMA系统模拟器、TD-SCDMA信号发生器和TD-SCDMA信号分析仪的功能，支持TD-SCDMA终端射频一致性测试等一系列TD-SCDMA终端的射频测试，完全覆盖国内TD-SCDMA终端测试行业标准及3GPP TS34.122协议规定的测试项目。
WCDMA测试功能
SP8010B具备WCDMA信号发生器和WCDMA信号分析仪的功能，支持WCDMA终端的射频测试，基本覆盖国内WCDMA终端测试行业标准及3GPP TS34.121协议规定的终端接收机、发射机特性相关的测试项目。
GSM/GPRS/EDGE测试功能
SP8010B具备GSM/GPRS/EDGE信号发生器和信号分析仪的功能，支持GSM900、DCS1800、PCS1900、GSM850等协议规定频段，并且可以支持频段、频点间的切换。能够完成
GSM/GPRS/EDGE终端的基本射频指标测试，完全覆盖GSM/GPRS/EDGE测试协议3GPP TS 51.010 v7.10.0/3GPP TS 51.010 v8.0.0的要求。
