Ceyear 6362C Spectrum Analyzer
The 6362C spectrum analyzer is developed using advanced dual-pass grating beam splitting unit, high-resolution diffraction grating positioning, optical wedge delay depolarization, small signal and wide-band spectral detection technology. The performance index of the whole machine has reached the international advanced level of similar products. It is suitable for the testing of LED, LD, SLD, DFB-LD, EDFA, fiber, fiber grating, optical filter, fiber amplifier, wavelength division multiplexer and other optoelectronic components and related systems in the 600 ~ 1700nm band.
