The new TEKTRONIX 2401 low-voltage digital source meter SMU is designed for test applications that require a tight combination of excitation and measurement functions, a precision voltage source, and simultaneous current and voltage measurements. All source meters are composed of a precise, low noise, highly stable DC power supply with readback function and a 6 1/2 digit multifunction meter with low noise, high repeatability and high input impedance, forming a compact single Channel DC parameter tester.
