Keysight Technologies introduced the E5080A ENA Vector Network Analyzer (VNA). The analyzer has the industry's best RF measurement performance and speed, which can shorten the test time to one tenth of the original. This latest ENA applies the Keysight PNA and PXI series software architecture, making it easier for engineers to perform measurements on multiple Keysight VNAs. The ENA is also equipped with a large color touch screen, allowing users to quickly access basic measurements.
The E5080A sets a new benchmark for RF component testing in R&D and manufacturing environments. It can perform comprehensive measurements on active and passive components such as amplifiers, mixers, antennas and cables, and balanced devices under test.
Compared with the best-selling E5071C ENA, the E5080A has many performance advantages, including a higher dynamic range of more than 10dB (147dB typical) and a 10 times faster measurement speed in real test scenarios. These advantages can improve the test accuracy and throughput of RF components (such as deep stop band filters).
Keysight is the first VNA vendor to provide a software platform that spans desktop VNA and PXI VNA. This universal platform combines the best features and functions of the ENA and PNA series, and can provide familiar functions on all Keysight VNAs.
E5080A also adopts a new graphical user interface that supports touch screen operation, including tabbed function keys and drag-and-drop operation functions, which greatly simplifies the measurement process and helps engineers obtain more accurate measurement results faster.
